SOLD Antique Dining Room Chairs, Set of 6 Unusual Carved Oak Dining Chairs
This wonderful set off six antique dining chairs feature their original finish, and carved oak claw feet. Dating from the 1900's, in the thousands of sets of chairs we have sold over the years, we have never seen this model before. These antique dining chairs are a tiger sawn oak construction with strong grains. I am sure these were sold by a company like Paine because they are high quality. The six carved side chairs have the original finish and original upholstery. Two of the seats have rips in the upholstery, so you will want to get them reupholstered or covered. They have a solid H cross stretcher on the base that connects the cabriole claw foot leg with the flared back leg. The overall size is 18 inches across the seat, 20 inches wide across the legs, 18 inches deep on the seat, 19 inches high to the seat and 41 inches high to the carved crest. You are all six of these unique chairs for one money. Shipping starts at $295 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area.
