SOLD Antique Bookcase, Victorian Walnut Step Back Bookcase with Gallery
This antique bookcase features two door Victorian walnut step back double doors and two dovetail drawers on the base with burl walnut faces. This antique bookcase dates from the 1880's, and has a great rolled front, and incise carving to finish off one thick bold gallery, going down the posts and on the base. There is fancy cut out trim on the bottom below the drawers and picture frame molding along the glass doors. This antique bookcase comes with three fully adjustable shelves, and is in clean original condition. The overall size is 42 inches wide, 14.5 inches deep and 68 inches high to the top of the gallery. The shelves are 9 inches deep. It is a great looking bookcase that is all set to go into the home. Shipping starts at $365 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area.
