SOLD Antique Accent Table, Antique Flame Mahogany Empire Marble Top Sofa Table
We are pleased to be offering this unusual period Empire marble top sofa table in flame mahogany to you today. Dating from the 1850's in beautiful condition, this spectacular table features flame mahogany all around the entire frame. The legs have acanthus carving on the top, dainty finials, carved cross stretcher and a shapely ogee bevel edge marble top. The overall size is 36 inches long, 20 inches deep and 30 inches high. The marble is beautiful in white and gray grain. It is like a turtle top and goes nicely with the original reddish-brown finish on the flame mahogany veneer skirted table. This Civil War era piece is in wonderful shape. Shipping starts at $265 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area.
