Wonderful antique carved oak hall tree dating from the early 1900s, refinished by the previous owner in a warm medium oak stain color. This handsome Victorian entryway piece features beautiful original carving throughout, a large beveled glass mirror, ornate cast metal hooks, and a lift-top storage bench for hats, gloves, scarves, and all the odds and ends that seem to collect by the front door.

A very functional antique hall tree with loads of character and eye appeal. All set to go right into your home!

The carvings remain crisp and intact, and the combination of the shaped crest, scroll carving, beveled mirror, and cast hooks gives this piece that classic late Victorian look folks are always after.

Overall condition is very good. The piece was restored and refinished by a previous owner and presents beautifully. Carvings are intact, the mirror displays nicely, and the storage compartment functions as it should. The seat cover appears as though it may have been replaced at some point, though it could possibly be original — hard to say for certain. Minor age-appropriate wear, nicks, and dings consistent with antique oak furniture. Ready to go right into your home.
