We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful match pair of hand carved floral design flame mahogany heavily carved empire pre-civil war era dating from the 1850s. What a great looking pair. The patina on them are super. They have hand carved floral crest on top, scallop flame mahogany back slats, hand carved center splat with multi-turn spindles, flared back leg, saber style front leg, serpentine skirt and the old needlepoint seats. The seats are in need of reupholstering, but some people leave them as they are. They make great accent chairs in any room. The overall size is 17 inches wide, 15 inches deep, 17 inches high to the seat and 34 inches high to the chair back. You are getting the pair for one money.
