SOLD Vintage Set of 10 Mahogany Dining Chairs

We are pleased to be offering today this set of 10 mahogany Duncan Phyfe style dining chairs that consists of 2 armchairs and 8 side chairs. This came out of a local home from a friend that wanted to trade up. I am guessing these are from the 1980s. They are mahogany stained with veneer backs. The veneer has loosened up a bit, but we will make sure they are all straight prior to shipping. They have a black vinyl seat cover which appears to be in good shape with some minor wear from active young boys. There are a few nicks and dings across the back. They are a good starter chair for the growing family or someone starting to get into vintage antiques. The overall size of the armchairs are 20 inches wide on the outside of the arms, 18 inches wide on the inside of the arms, 17 inches deep, 19 inches high tot eh seat, 27 inches high to the arm and 35 inches high to the chair back. The side chairs are 19 inches wide, 16 inches deep, 19 inches high to the seat and 34 inches high to the chair back. They are in the Duncan Phyfe style, scroll arms, flared back legs, saber style front legs, diamond point back and carved grooves. I am pretty sure the family said they paid $2400 for the set when they purchased them. Shipping starts at $345 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area. Outside the normal area will incur additional delivery charges, which could add on especially if you're on the West Coast.
