SOLD Vintage Pair of Solid Mahogany Pineapple Twin Size Poster Beds
We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful pair of solid mahogany twin size tall poster pineapple finials beds that date from the 1940s. These beds are very nice quality and I believe they were sold by Paine, even though I do not see a label on them, but I have had these beds many times and they have always been made by Paine Furniture Company. The overall size is 42 inches wide, 60 inches high to the posts and the height of the solid mahogany shield is 41.5 inches. The beds are 75 inches long by 38 inches wide on the inside. The finish is in really nice shape being from the 1940s. They are in the dark reddish brown stain finish. Other than the normal nicks and dings, the beds are in fabulous condition. The beds feature fluted solid posts, fluted cross stretcher on the footboard and a wonderful detail to the pineapples on top. Shipping starts at $279 for a driveway delivery in our normal area.
