We are pleased to be offering today a wonderful and scarce wicked hard to find comfortable Victorian parlor set in lovely solid mahogany. The set has been professionally reupholstered in a beautiful antique wine and beige brocade style fabric. The secret about this set other than it was professionally reupholstered is that they used down filled seats so it is very comfortable. We sat in the arm chair and sofa and fell right asleep as they are so comfortable!! The set consists of a beautiful sofa and an oversize arm chair. The unusual part is that it dates from the 1880s to 1890s. it has humongous claw feet, wrap around solid thick mahogany arms with lions heads with snarling open mouths on top and their manes are carved into the sides. The sofa is 58 inches wide, 30 inches deep, 33 inches high to the back, 25 inches to the head and 20 inches high to the seat. The oversized arm chair is 35 inches wide, 30 inches deep and 33 inches tall. You are getting both items for one money. Shipping will start out at $299 for a driveway delivery in our normal area. We have gotten this parlor set through an estate and we are doing something different by going and taking pictures on site without cleaning or polishing the items. Once you receive it, a little furniture polish will make it shine like the diamond it is!!
