We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful pair of matching three drawer dresser and wash stand dating from the early Victorian era of the 1860s to 1870s.  It has race track molding on the curved front on the beautiful burl walnut match veneer drawer fronts with carved handles, floral designs in the center, picture frame panel sides and ogee white and gray grained bevel edge round corner tops.  It just doesn’t get much better than this.  The condition of the marble is good.  On the dresser there is an early line or small fracture on the left hand side that doesn’t come apart or anything.  The dresser base itself is in nice shape.  The dresser is 43 inches wide, 22 inches deep and 33 inches high. It has hand cut dove tail drawers and carved pulls.  The wash stand marble is in great condition with nothing wrong with it.  These triple drawer dresser are often called bachelor chests.  Somewhere along the line they lost the wood round corner on the base board molding, which we will correct prior to shipping.  It has triple drawers that are all curved with race track molding, key hole escutcheons included, no keys and the carved handles are beautiful.  The size of the wash stand is 32 inches wide, 19 inches deep and 29 inches high.  It has a great look.  You are getting the pair for one money.  Shipping starts at $395 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England.  Outside New England it will change, so please contact us prior to purchase with your zip code to obtain a quote for outside of New England for shipping.
