It has a great look and the finish is awesome. The chair tilts, swivel and goes up and down. We call them telephone operator chairs. The overall size is 19 inches across the seat, 19 inches deep, 44 inches high to the chair back and 29 inches high to the seat. When you sit in the chair it gives you a little tilt.
