We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful rosewood Empire early Victorian window bench that dates from the 1860s era. It is in the original finish and the overall condition is real nice. It has scroll incise carved feet that retain the original brass castors, a serpentine skirt all the way around with applied carving and the condition is real nice with the old fashion upholstered still good. The upholstery is a little soiled, but still usable. There is a little bit of carving missing on the edge of the skirt carving as shown in the picture. The overall size is 37 inches wide, 22 inches deep and 17 inches high. It could be used as an oversize footstool as well. Shipping starts at $95 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England. Outside New England it will change, so please contact us prior to purchase with your zip code to obtain a quote for outside of New England for shipping.
