This pair of Victorian walnut arm chairs date from the 1880s, and feature bold incised carvings and highly decorative elements — including a North Wind face and hand-carved crest on each chair back. These chairs are sturdy, stylish, and you are buying both for one price.
Each chair features a shaped and carved arm, a carved front skirt, tapered turned front legs, and flared rear legs. The upholstery is not original but is in good shape — it could use a good surface cleaning but remains comfortable and fully functional.
These are large, comfortable chairs with strong frames and classic Victorian presence.
