We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful pair of matching mahogany twin size pineapple fluted column poster beds from the 1940s in refinished condition. It is a beautiful pair with fancy cut out shields on the headboard and footboard. They have the traditional pineapple posts, fluted columns with a cross stretcher and the beds are all finished in a dark reddish brown stain finish. The inside mattress dimensions are 39 inches wide by 75 inches long, which is a normal twin size mattress. The outside dimensions are 42 inches wide, 45 inches high on the footboard post, 29 inches high to the cross stretcher on the footboard, 51 inches high to the post on the headboard and 40 inches high on the headboard shield. They are the hook on rails that are all tight and sturdy. The beds does come with slats. Shipping starts at $295 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England.
