SOLD Pair of French Marble Top Night Stand Boudoir Cabinets

We are pleased to be offering this beautiful duo of French cabinets to you today. These night stands or cabinets are very similar; one with a marble top and one with an inlay top. It's not unusual to have matching stands with different tops, but we want to mention it  They have a drop down lid that is all inlaid that opens to reveal a storage compartment with an inlaid drawer.  Below are three hand cut dove tail inlaid drawers.  All the brass ormolu are in brass.  The brass knobs are the same on the knobs, but the keyhole covers are a bit different from one another.  It has bottom brass bow tie brass ormolu trim and brass ormolu trim on the feet.  The rose grains marble on the top of the cabinet is an unusual color with a round corner top.  The other cabinet has beautiful colored floral inlaid.  There are a few small chips on the edges of some of the veneers, but they are in great condition from the 1880s.  The drawers on these only open with the use of a key.  We do not guarantee the key will work the locks, but you put the key in and use it like a handle to open the drawers.    They never had knobs on the drawers.  The overall size is 15 inches wide, 13 inches deep and 43 inches high.  The sides are all inlaid also.  Other than the typical side panel cracks that is frequently found on French furniture this beautiful pair are in great condition.  Shipping starts at $265 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England.  Please contact us prior to purchase with your zip code to confirm what it would cost you if outside of New England for shipping.
