We are pleased to be offering today one of the nicest tiger sawn oak high quality triple bookcase that we have had in a long time dating from the 1890's. Look at the numerous photos to see the grain. Paine was known for their high quality stylish goods and they did not disappoint with this model. The outside doors are 17 inches wide and the step out center door is 28 inches wide. They have adjustable shelves, three in each section. It has a clam shell carved back with the winged galleries. The quality of tiger sawn oak used in this bookcase is what makes it so unbelievable. It has a multi-molded top with a beaded edge that is all intact. It has a multi- bevel edge bracket base. It has the original oval Paine Furniture Company label on the back that adds a lot of character and value to this wonderful original condition piece. The overall size is 66 inches wide, 14 inches deep on the outside, 15 inches deep on the inside and 54 inches high to the top of the gallery back. It is an awesome bookcase with no veneers. It does not have any key. If you reminds us at the time of sale, we will try to locate a key for you. Shipping starts at $365 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England.
