We are pleased to be offering today this unusual postmaster or agents tall swivel office chair that dates from the early 1900s. We had sold this chair and the trucking company had cracked a leg on it, which we have repaired. It was a clean break and you can’t tell where it was damaged. The customer no longer wanted the chair so we took it back as we strive for happy customers. Here it is being offered again. They are tough to find. This one is in really nice original dark oak finish. The overall size is 19 inches wide across the seat, 18 inches deep and 29 inches high to the seat. It has a curved back, big hip rests and big round cylinder footrest. The type of chair like this doesn’t tilt back like an office chair as it would tip you over, but it does have a little play of approximately ¾ of an inch. The chair adjusts up and down and swivels. It is a great chair in dark oak stain finish. Shipping starts at $185 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England.
