We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful four drawer legal size file cabinet by the Globe Wernicke company out of the great lakes region back in the 1930s. This cabinet is all tiger sawn oak on the face. It retains the original brass hardware and I want you to realize that it has metal sliders and inside drawers with tiger sawn oak drawer fronts. It came out of a post office from around the turn of the century and they have upgraded over the years. The four drawers are all there with the sliding support that keeps everything tight. The drawer face is 16.5 inches wide by 11.5 inches tall to confirm that it is a legal size file cabinet. It has the Globe Wernicke decal sticker on the inside. It is all tiger sawn oak and we had to replace one of the sides, which we did like the factory and made sure it color matched. The overall size is 20 inches wide, 25.5 inches deep and 52.5 inches tall. It is a good looking unit!
