We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful little three shelf adjustable height Eastlake age bookcase constructed of solid oak. It was refinished years ago by the previous owner in a medium oak stain. It has a small shelf on the top of the backsplash that is 4.5 inches deep. The bookcase shelves themselves are 10 inches deep and 31 inches wide. It has a step out base that is a little deeper than 10 inches. The overall size is 33.5 inches wide, 11 inches deep on the side panels, 12 inches deep on top, 62 inches high overall. On the backsplash on the bottom left corner there is a crack from most likely being in same room as a wood stove, but nothing serious. Both panels have a small crack in the wood. The bookcase is in good condition and is ready to go into the home. Shipping starts at $285 for a driveway delivery in our normal area.
