We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful tiger sawn oak high end quality heavy and stylish flat top desk that dates from the 1890s in the old original finish. It looks like a partners desk, but it has simulated drawers on one side. It has heavy brass hardware intact, except for one handle is missing on the faux side. We will try to get a reproduction one to replace it. It has fluted carved columns, detail claw feet, great wide area for your legs and a solid tiger sawn oak round corner top that has two lamination seams in it. The overall size is 54 inches wide, 35 inches deep and 29 inches high. The space for your legs is 24 inches wide by 22.5 inches high. Most likely you could put castors on this desk to raise it up another 1.5 inches if so desired. I would say this had to be a furniture company like Paine as it has great quality. It is a great looking desk. Shipping estimates starts at $395.00-$410.00 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England.
