We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful mahogany Victorian ladies bevel glass shapely vanity with multi-drawers.  Dating from the 1890s, this gorgeous mahogany vanity of European origin came out of a house call here.  It has a swivel shapely bevel glass mirror that has some cloudy spots, a beautiful broken arch carved top with applied carving on the face of the mirror, the mirror is support with two gingerbread carved shelf type wings that are supported with the two chip  carved hand cut dove tail drawers that sport the original cast brass Victorian hardware.  The base is support with four stylish high style cabriole legs that are joined together with a square stretcher.  It has two hand cut chip carved dove tail drawers to hold plenty of products.  It has the normal nicks and dings that you would expect from an antique with original finish.  The overall size is 42 inches wide, 20 inches deep and 67 inches high to the top of the mirror.  The top of the vanity base where the two large drawers are is 29 inches high.
