SOLD Mahogany Empire Acanthus Carved Round Center Table
We are pleased to be offering today this gorgeous empire acanthus carved 40” gadroon edge mahogany carved round center table that dates from the 1880s to 1890s era. It is a gorgeous table that we brought into our restoration shop as it had stains and surface scratches. We have completely refinished the top and re-sprayed base. We simply scuffed down the base and re-sprayed it in a beautufl satin sheen lacquer to provide you a beautiful 40” center table. The table is 28.5 inches high and it is all set to go into the home. The beautiful mahogany top has a gadroon edge and a molded skirt that sits on an acanthus carved four legged base with a heavily acanthus carved center column and four of the most beautiful carved acanthus legs that end in a detail toe nail claw foot. It has a dark reddish brown satin sheen lacquer. The cost to have this table shipped is FREE if you are within our normal shipping area.
