SOLD Mahogany Chippendale Two Piece Bracket Foot Chest on Chest
We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful high quality two piece solid mahogany Chippendale bracket foot chest on chest that is detailed out and of great quality. It reeks of Kittinger or Baker, but I can’t find a label anywhere. It has lipped drawer that are bevel edge and dove tail. It has four drawers in the top section and four drawers in the bottom section. Look at the detail cutout bracket foot base. It isn’t just a board it is very thick and quality. The finish is nice. The overall size is 38 inches wide at the base, 19 inches deep, 34 inches high on the base cabinet and 63 inches high overall. The base cabinet has a lipped molding that is a reverse ogee and is in perfect condition. The cabinet is in a dark reddish brown mahogany stain finish. The only thing I can see wrong is that the top left hand drawer may have had something done to it on a small spot on the corner, which we can touch up prior to shipping. It has period style Chippendale hardware. Shipping starts at $345 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England.
