SOLD Mahogany Chippendale Dining Room Table by Drexel
We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful double pedestal
Chippendale queen Anne pad foot with a rope braided edge dining table. This table dates
from the 1940s and was made by the Drexel Furniture Company which was well
known for their high quality and stylish goods. This beautiful table came
out of an estate along with numerous other things in Central Maine. This is part of a dining
room set that we split up. The table is finished in a reddish brown
mahogany finish and has a rope braided edge and 45 degree angle corners.
The table comes with a 12 inch leaf. The table stands upon two triple leg
Chippendale queen Anne pad foot base with a fluted vase type center column.
The table when closed is 62 by 42 by 30. When the 12 inch leaf is installed
it becomes 74 inches long. The table is part of the Travis Court
Collection. Shipping starts at $299 for a driveway delivery in our normal
area. Please contact us to discuss delivery options as west coast is higher
and we also offer white glove delivery to most areas at an additional charge
as well. There are a couple of scratches on the table top, which should be
covered up with Howard's that we would do before shipping. However, if you
would like to have the table top refinished, we do have a professional
restoration shop and pricing can be discussed at the time of the sale. We
are listing over 100 new furniture items in the next two or three weeks, so
