SOLD Mahogany Bevel Oval Leaded Doors Double Doorway

We are pleased to be offering today this stunning pair of mahogany raised panel oval leaded doors that according to the family we bought these from date back form the late 60s to early 70s.  The family said that if they recall correctly that these doors cost $7 or $8, 000.00 back then.  I believe it from the weight, heaviness and quality of theses doors.  I didn’t see the house they came out of as they remodel the front of the house for a whole different look.  I am surprised they gave up these gorgeous doors.  They have four butt hinges on both sides.  They are missing the second half of the hinge that goes on the door jam, but you do have them on the doors.  They have great solid brass door knobs, raised panel on the oval bevel frosted glass tops and raised panels on the bottom molded.  The interior side are stunning.  The exterior side is faded on the bottom and you would likely want to clear coat it to bring back the beauty.  They are simply beautiful.  Each door is 36 inches wide, the lip on the used door is 37.5 inches wide with the weather strip on it, 96 inches high on each door and they are 1.5 inches thick.  They are a great quality pair of doors.  Other than the shiny finish off on the exterior side that needs to be done, it is one spectacular pair of doors.  The oval leaded bevel acid frosted centers are approximately 58 inches long by 20 inches wide at the widest point.  These will dress up any home.
