We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful empire age wide ogee bevel edge oval marble top center table that dates from the 1860s era. It is a gorgeous table in the original as found condition. We will have to tighten up the four legs as they are a little loose. However, the little scallop trim pieces are intact and all the carvings on each leg are intact. It has a beautiful flame mahogany skirt that runs around the ogee bevel edge top. There is a little roughness on a section of skirt that we will touch up a bit. It is in a dark reddish brown mahogany finish with a white and gray grain marble top. The overall size is 38 inches long, 31 inches wide and 28.5 inches high. It could actually be used as a game table or a small dinner table. It is a beautiful piece for the age with no serious issues. Shipping is $265 for a driveway delivery if you are in our normal area and includes a wooden crate. Please check prior to purchase to confirm that you are in our normal area.
