We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful cupid art nouveau style Victorian type table lamp that dates from the early 1900s. It has a great look and I believe is white metal with a bronze finish applied. It came out of a home on Cape Cod. Someone rewired it with a bright white wire and it really could use a brown cord. The patina on the metal base has been scratched off where it was rubbed and I am sure it can be touched up to put the bronze color back. It has six sockets with little leaves. A couple of the sockets are missing some leaves but you have to study to notice. Other than some of the bronze finish being worn off, it is in nice shape. It is a winged cupid that is carrying a suitcase satchel of all things. It has a bunch of arrows on the back like you would expect a cupid to have. The overall size is 23 inches high and 17 inches across the widest point. It has six sockets, but only 4 miniature light bulbs that are similar to old fashion Christmas light bulbs. One of the leaves on one of the sockets has been bent off. Shipping is $45 within the continental USA.
