We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful example of Victorian solid black walnut split pedestal base banquet dining table dating from the 1880s. It was previously refinished in the last 20 yearsand is very nice. The table has a multi-molded extra wide skirt. It has a split pedestal base with carved buttons on all legs and a center leg that is revealed when extended. The table when closed is 48 inches round and 30 inches high. The table comes with two 14.5-inch leaves. When the leaves are inserted, the table opens to 6.5 feet long. There is enough space to add up to 4.5 feet of additional table leaves. If you desire additional leaves, please contact us for a quote. The table shows minor nicks and dings from normal use. The table is ready to go into the home. The table has a wide ogee bevel edge on the round top and factory leaves. The table is shown with a set of 8 walnut chairs that do not come with the table, but it will give you an idea of what it looks like with chairs around it. Shipping starts at $365 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area. Outside the normal area will incur additional delivery charges, which could add on especially if you're on the West Coast.
