We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful carved black walnut with burl walnut veneer panel oval white and gray grained marble top Victorian stand that dates from the 1880s. It is a great little stand that came out of a home in Massachusetts. It has the oval skirt with the trims with burl walnut veneer highlights. It sits upon four better than average cutout shapely legs supported with multi-turn spindles and bottom carvings underneath the legs which is unusual. The legs are joined together with a shapely turn post. The table has the original castors. The top of the table is a white and gray grained ogee bevel edge marble top that is in nice condition with minor stains from age. I am sure it will clean up with elbow grease. The marble is nice with a couple of small nicks on the edges. The wood is nice with a couple of chips in the veneer panels which is normal for something from this time period. The overall size is 30 inches long, 22 inches deep and 30 inches high. Shipping starts at $185 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England.
