SOLD Antique Victorian Marble Top Shapley Parlor Stand
We are pleased to be offering today this Victorian age solid black walnut marble top parlor stand dating from the 1880s. It is right out of a home in a dark walnut stain with burl accent trims, applied carvings on the shapely cut out legs, burl panels on the legs and the legs are joined together with a center multi-turn column post. The marble is irregular shape with cookie corners, ogee bevel edge and follows the contours of the wooden skirt that supports it. The skirt even has bottom trims. The overall size is 27 inches wide, 20 inches deep and 29 inches high. It is a great table to accent any room. Shipping starts at $135 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area. Outside the normal area will incur additional delivery charges, which could add on especially if you're on the West Coast.
