SOLD Antique Victorian Large Bulbous Base Oak Round Dining Table with Claw Feet
We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful solid oak bulbous base oversized claw feet round dining room table that is 54 inches round and comes with a 12 inch skirted leaf. This table is gorgeous and will open up another 33 inches. The overall size with the leaf installed is 66 inches by 54 inches by 30 inches high. It dates from the turn of the century (1900's). It has a tiger sawn quarter sawn top with a 12 inch extension leaf that we have skirted so there is no ugly gap on the side. The table top sits upon a beautiful bulbous turn base that is approximately 15 inches wide at the widest point. Look at the claw feet as they are twice the size of the typical ones! The table has been completely stripped, sanded, stained and has had multiple coats of satin sheen moisture resistant hand rubbed lacquer applied.It is a great table that will open another 33 inches to put an additional 2 or 3 leaves in if you would like a larger table.
