SOLD Antique Set of Six Tiger Sawn Claw Foot Dining Chairs

We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful gorgeous set of six matching claw foot tiger sawn oak formal style dining chairs that date from the 1900s to 1910s.  This set of chairs have been completely hand stripped, hand glued, hand sanded, hand stained and multiple coats of moisture resistant satin sheen lacquer has been applied and hand rubbed in between each of the four coats.  The chairs have also had the seats padded for comfortable family dinners and hosted events and reupholstered in antique wine crush velour. If this particular color does not go with your decor, it would be very easy to slip some fabric over this and staple it on to make them fit in your particular dining space.  The chairs themselves have a shapely curved back, a wonderful extra wide center splat, one piece back leg construction, a solid H cross stretcher to add style and sturdiness and a wonderful front leg that ends in a little carved paw foot.  They are a great looking set of six that you can enjoy for many years as they have been all professionally restored, refinished and reupholstered.  The overall size is 17.5 inches wide, 17.5 inches deep, 38 inches high to the chair back and 20 inches high to the seat due to the extra thick foam installed.  You are getting all six for one money.
