What an quaint item! This is a Victorian age marriage certificate dating from the 1800s, decorated with a picture of a husband and wife with a sailboat on a lake. The names have faded, and there are two spaces for the pictures of the bride and groom. It’s a great look and the frame is very rustic and has some damage to one of the carved gesso corners and the inside liner is a little rough.
