SOLD Antique Oak Raised Panel Roll Top Desk by Derby
We are pleased to be offering today this most unusual, raised panel oak roll top desk made by the Derby Desk Company back in the 1890s. It was refinished by the previous owner in a medium to light oak stain. The unique feature of this desk is the side wings that open to create additional space, released by two brass clicks. The desk includes the original Derby desk tag on the back and comes with a key.

Storage: Four regular size drawers on the left side, two regular size drawers and a file cabinet drawer on the right side.
Interior: Quality interior with four drawers retaining the original dainty knobs and pencil trays.
Panels: 24 raised panels surrounding the desk.
Dimensions: 54 inches wide, 32 inches deep, 51 inches high to the top, and 31 inches high to the writing surface.
Chair Space: 22 inches wide by 27 inches high.
Drawer Sizes: Drawers below the pull-out writing surfaces are 10.5 inches wide, 26 inches deep, and 4 inches high. The file drawer on the right-hand bank is 11 inches high.
The desk shows the normal nicks and dings from typical wear, but overall, it's a great piece for your office space.
