SOLD Antique Mahogany Grandfather Tall Case Clock by J.E. Caldwell
This beautiful traditional mahogany case antique grandfather clock dates from the 1920s era. This antique grandfather clock has a beautiful time and strike with a second-hand double weight with a moon dial. The traditional broken crown molded top with a center finial, dainty pillars coming down both sides of the removable bonnet top, bevel glass on the pendulum door, picture frame base that terminates in a claw foot. It in the mahogany stain finish. The pendulum top support has to be replaced as they get damaged in movement often. It has a cathedral gong on the half hour. It does not have a crank, but we will get a replacement prior to arrival. Other than that, it is in really nice condition. We sell all our clocks as is . We recommend you have all clocks services and cleaned by a professional clock technician to make sure you can have many years of carefree use. The overall size is 24 inches wide on the feet, 20 inches wide on the base case, 16 inches deep and 93 inches high. It will fit in any traditional home. We do not assemble clocks upon delivery. Shipping starts at $385 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area. Outside the normal area will incur additional delivery charges.
