SOLD Antique Mahogany 48” Empire Dining Table

We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful mahogany Empire platform dining table that is 48’ round and comes with a factory leaf that is 12” wide. When the leaf is installed the table becomes 5’ long by 31” high. It is finished in a dark reddish brown mahogany stain finish and the leaf is darker than the table due to fading over the years. The top sits upon a large traditional cylinder jelly foot, which is an empire curl foot with what looks like a jellyroll from the side. The table is dark reddish brown and shows the normal nicks and dings that you would expect for a table dating from the early 1900s. We offer a full restoration service and we can also make two 12 inch additional leaves. If you would like the leaves made for the entire space, the table would open to 84 inches in length.
