SOLD Antique Dining Room Table, Round Mahogany Empire Banquet Table

This outstanding mahogany dining room table features an empire split pedestal and a 54-inch round top. This banquet table comes with three 9-inch leaves, and dates from the 1910s. It has a really nice look to it, we must say. This antique table has come out of the original home where it was bought brand new back at the turn of the century.  And we bought it from the original family that had it from day one.  Though not included in this purchase price, we did acquire the original six chairs that came with the table - we show a picture of what it looks like with the original chairs around the table with the leaves in and the leaves out.  Please note: We are only selling the table here. This antique formal dining table is in the original dark reddish brown mahogany stain finish.  The table is 54 inches round and 29.25 inches high.  It has a split pedestal base that opens as the leaves are inserted.  The pedestal splits to give it equal support.  It has a jelly roll foot and a vase type center post.  The leaves are the same hue as the tabletop.  The table opens 4 feet in the middle with extra leaves.  When the table is open with the three 9-inch leaves, the table is 80 inches long.  You can have two more additional leaves fabricated and we would be happy to provide a quote if you are interested.  It is an awesome table.  If you are looking for the set, please contact us to see if the chairs are still available as they are being listed separately.  Shipping starts at $345 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area.
