We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful black walnut hand carved cabriole leg marble top turtle top design parlor stand that dates from the Civil War era of the 1860s to 1870s. It came right out of a home on the east coast. It has a beautiful white and gray grained marble top with no cracks, but there are small nicks on the edges which are to be expected and right in the center you can see where there was a plant pot that made a light rust stain. We will try to remove it prior to shipping, but we can not guarantee it. The stand is in the original old faded patina finish. It has beautiful style cabriole legs, hand carved designs of roses on all serpentine skirts and is all joined together with a platform base with an urn shape dish cup right in the center. It is a beautiful stand that is 29 inches long, 21 inches deep and 30 inches high. It is a great stand. Shipping starts at $125 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England. Please contact us prior to purchase with your zip code to confirm what it would cost you if outside of New England for shipping.
