SOLD Antique China Closet, Oak Carved Bevel Glass China Cabinet by Horner
This antique china cabinet by Horner features its original finish, tiger sawn oak, and bevel glass. This antique crystal cabinet or china cabinet is very high end, and was made and sold by the R.J. Horner Company out of New York back in the 1890s. We always love buying antique Horner furniture, and this piece does not disappoint. Look at the fine detail carving across the stylish crest, 45-degree angle bevel glass behind the twisted fluted rope turn posts, the side glass bevel and bevel glass doors. A full mirror back is used to display fine crystal china or other collectibles on the four glass shelves. It is in great original condition, retaining the Horner label in the back. This is not one of those pieces that is attributed to Horner, this piece truly is Horner. The carved north wind faces are above the doors. The overall size is 45 inches wide, 18 inches deep and 76 inches high. The bevel glass doors are 15 inches wide each. It has a beautiful ¾ inch bevel glass on all glass sections. The cabinet sits upon wonderful carved detail cabriole legs. Shipping starts at $395 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area.
