SOLD Antique Accent Table, Antique Fancy Victorian Marble Top Parlor Stand
We are pleased to be offering this beautiful burl walnut heavily carved Renaissance marble top parlor stand to you today. Dating from the 1870’s era, this piece is simply stunning! It has a plethora of burl panels and accent trims - more than normal on this style of Renaissance Eastlake parlor stand. The 45-degree angle marble sits on a burl walnut trimmed skirt with an incise carved bottom trim. The pieces are all intact, including the corners. It rests upon a heavy duty four-legged base with a large center column with the top and bottom finials all intact. It has circular buttons that accent the incise carved legs. The overall size is 33.5 inches wide, 23 inches deep and 30 inches high, and has a white and gray grained marble top. The marble has two hairline cracks that aren't structural and really just look like veins. It sits upon the beautiful finish walnut base that has aged to a gorgeous patina over the years.
