SOLD Antique Record Cabinet, Oak Cylinder Parlor Stand
This antique cylinder record cabinet features beautiful, solid tiger sawn Oak and six drawers. Dating from the 1890s to the 1900s, this gorgeous antique stand remains in beautiful condition. It was refinished a long time ago. The drawers do not have the circular spots to keep the records in place; we can only guess that they were removed when the cabinet was refinished, but this antique cabinet is the type that would have had cylinder records in it. Every single antique record cabinet that we get has the bottom knobs replaced or missing, and this cabinet is no exception. It has two replaced knobs on the base. Other than that, the cabinet is in great shape. There are a couple of lines on a couple of the drawer faces that appear to be small scratches, but it isn’t offensive. We just wanted to mention it because we are thorough in our descriptions. This model has the ball and claw foot on the base, where many just have a bracket foot base. This cabinet is 22 inches wide, 19 inches deep and 39 inches high. The size of the drawers on the inside are 18 inches wide, 14.5 inches deep and 4.75 inches high on the drawer face.
