SOLD Antique Plant Stand, Victorian Carved Pedestal Stand
This antique plant stand or pedestal is wonderful in cherry-stained wood, and features impressive carved North Wind face. Dating from the 1880’s Victorian Era, it is in a gorgeous reddish brown stain finish. The top had nicks and dings in it, so we sanded, stained and color matched it. Now it is ready to go into the home, featuring floral cutout wings on the sides of the bulbous post that measures 8 inches across. This antique pedestal has the north wind face carved into it on the front and back.The overall size is 16 inches wide, 13 inches deep and 38 inches high overall. It is a fantastic pedestal, and these have been breaking records numbers if you have been watching the auctions lately. Shipping starts at $145 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area. Outside the normal area will incur additional delivery charges.
