Made of mahogany, this is a Hepplewhite sideboard that dates from the 1940s. Someone has refinished the entire piece in a dark reddish brown mahogany stain, and put a new backsplash on the back that looks really nice and follows the contour of the top. We’ve polished it up, and it looks great. It has two dovetail curved front drawers, carving between the drawers, beaded carving beneath the picture frame molded doors, Hepplewhite legs with spade feet, and the overall condition is nice and ready to go in the home. The overall size is 65 inches wide, 21 inches deep, and 42 inches high to the backsplash. There are minor nicks and dings, but it’s overall a great-looking piece!
