SOLD Antique Mahogany Inlaid Hepplewhite Sideboard with Mirror

Dating from the 1900s to 1910s, this is a mahogany dainty maple pinstripe sideboard in the Hepplewhite style with a mirror back. It has three matching serpentine drawers, all dovetail, in the center, two reverse curve doors that open up and two reverse curve dovetail drawers. It was made by the J.K. Rishel Furniture Company of Williamsport, Pennsylvania. There is inlay across the top, the front, and the tapered Hepplewhite legs. It’s very heavy, and of very nice quality, and we also are offering a matching server, if it is still available, so check our site. The overall size is 62 inches long, 24 inches deep, 40 inches to the top of the cabinet, and 52.5 inches to the top of the mirror. The overall condition is great, and we have re-sprayed the top to bring out the gorgeous grains of the solid mahogany used. It is finished in a light reddish brown stain, and the only flaw I can see is that someone must have transported it and put a little dent in the left hand door that doesn’t go all the way through the wood grain. Around the edges of a couple of the drawers there is also a bit of damage.
