SOLD Antique China Cabinet, Mahogany Drexel Curved Glass Breakfront Cabinet

This antique China cabinet is in mahogany and made by Drexel. It features a curved glass door, breakfront and dates from the 1940s. It came right out of a home in central Maine, and there is some touching up to do on the border, right above the doors where the finish is worn a bit in the moving process. There are a couple of indentations on the bottom right door that we will detail out, so it isn’t so noticeable. Other than that, it is a nice clean Drexel cabinet that we used find often in the old days, but they aren’t so easily found now. These used to sell $900-$1200, but the change in the market has provided this lower price. This antique China cabinet has two fixed shelves with plate grooves behind the curved center door. There are two doors on the base and three dovetail drawers for ample storage. The top drawer has a Drexel logo burnt in, and the cabinet is finished in the reddish-brown finish that was popular in the 1940s. The overall size is 48 inches wide, 15 inches deep, 30 inches high to the top of the drawer base cabinet and 70 inches high overall. It is a nice-looking cabinet with the roman key molding on the top, which is a sign of the Travis Court Collection by Drexel. It is stamped Travis Court on the back of the cabinet as confirmation.
