We are pleased to be offering today this mahogany corner cabinet made and sold by the Drexel furniture company back in the 1940s to 1950s. We have had many of these cabinets in our over 50 years in the business. They have the dentil molding across the circular carved top, a face of flame mahogany right below it, two mahogany grillwork doors, a dove tail triangular pie shape drawer with picture frame molded and two picture frame molded curved wooden doors in the base. It is a nice cabinet. The overall condition is nice for the age. There is a small piece of the mahogany veneer knocked off the grill. If you remind us at the time of the sale we can detail it out for you. The finish appears to be pretty much original and it has aged over the years. The overall size is 38 inches wide, 20 inches deep, 70 inches high and it uses up 20 inches of wall space on each side. It has the original hardware. It has two shelves with the plate grooves on the top. The bottom section has a wooden shelf in the center. The locks are there, but there is no key. I am sure it is something you could get from Drexel direct. Shipping estimates starts at $285.00-$325.00 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England. We can assist you in setting up shipping if needed, you would pay the shipping company direct. Please contact us prior to purchase with your zip code to confirm what it would cost you if outside of New England for shipping.
