CONDITION

This antique bookcase is in good antique condition with honest age-related wear consistent with its age and use. Please review all photos carefully.
• Crack present on the right-hand cabinet door — cosmetic only and not structural
• Small crack at the top of the left column, extending downward alongside the left door — not structural
• Visible gap in one rear back panel that can be seen from the front interior view
• Doors include a built-in door prop mechanism — doors must be slightly lifted when closing to re-seat properly
• Missing interior wood strip that holds the glass on the right side of the left cabinet door
• General finish wear, surface patina, and minor scuffs consistent with age
• Slight separation visible in the top right corner molding

All hardware is present on the drawers. Locks are present but no key is included.
