We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful walnut swivel, tilt and adjustable height four legged office chair that dates from the 1920s. It came right out of central Maine. Someone must have put a clear coat over it a while back or refinished it as it is in shiny condition. It isn’t a high shine, but a newly refinished kind of shine. It is finished in a medium walnut stain. The chair is comfortable with a scooped out saddle seat, curved back design, shapely arms held up with multi-turn spindle posts. The chair is all held up with a threaded rod down to a four legged base. Someone has replaced the castors with a run of the mill castor and you may want to replace them down the road. This chair tilts, swivels and goes up and down. The overall size is 22 inches wide between the arms, 19 inches deep, 38 inches high as it shows in the pictures, 29 inches high to the arms and 21 inches high to the seat. The chair will go up and down 2-3 inches either way. Shipping estimates starts at $125.00-$145.00 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England.
