We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful solid black walnut Victorian civil war era ladies desk chair that dates from the 1860s to 1870s. It has been reupholstered somewhere along the line in an antique crushed velour pink fabric that is all usable and good with gimp that is also good. The chair has saber style front legs, flared back legs, balloon back and an incise carved center splat. It makes for a great ladies desk chair or telephone chair. The overall size is 16 inches across, 17 inches deep, 36 inches high to the back and 19 inches high to the seat. It is a great little chair.
