We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful professionally restored complete tiger sawn oak swivel tilting office chair that dates from the 1930s era. It was sold by a Maine company called Discount Martin and it still has the original metal tag on the back and paper label under the seat. The chairs has been stripped, sanded, stained, glued and multiple coats of satin sheen lacquer have been applied. We have replaced the castors with reproduction wooden castors for ease of movement. The chair tilts and adjusts up and down in height approximately 3 inches. The chair is 21 inches wide, 19 inches deep, 31 inches high to the back, 29 inches high and 19 inches high to the seat but will adjust 3-4 inches more. It is a great looking chair that is very heavy and stout. Shipping starts at $145 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England.
