We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful little tiger sawn oak claw foot dining room table that dates from the 1890s in previously refinished condition. This came right out of a house in New Hampshire where we also got a set of four chairs . It was refinished in the last 5-8 years by the previous owner, and he did a pretty good job. It has a medium oak stain finish. The table is 45 inches round and 30 inches high. It is 25 inches high to the bottom of the skirt. The table opens to 75 inches long, so it will take 28 inches worth of table leaves if so desired. The man had made a plywood table leaf for it that is approximately 24 inches wide and does not match color wise. It would work fine if you put a tablecloth on it and you are welcome to it. If you would like to have our shop manufacture new color match leaves, please email us for a quote. The table has a large cylinder base, four carved claw foot legs and the previous owner made a round oak plate to go underneath the claws. This was a split pedestal base, but the previous owner screwed in a plate so the base would not come apart which is normal. It is a very nice table at a reasonable price. Shipping starts at $345 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England. Outside New England it will change, so please contact us prior to purchase with your zip code to obtain a quote for outside of New England for shipping.
